Richard W. Davidson, SIOR, RPA

President and Chief Executive Officer

Rick Davidson was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of CENTURY 21® Real Estate, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Realogy Corporation, (NYSE: RLGY) in February 2010. In his role, Davidson leads the world’s largest real estate franchise organization of approximately 6,900 independently owned and operated offices and more than 100,000 sales professionals in 78 countries and territories worldwide. 
In 2011, 2012 and 2013, Davidson was recognized in The Inman 100 Most Influential Real Estate Leaders, and in 2013 and 2014 he was included in the Swanepoel Power 200 list of the most powerful people in residential real estate.
Prior to his current post, Davidson served in a dual capacity as President and Chief Operating Officer of Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliates (CBC), and as Chief Operating Officer of Coldwell Banker Real Estate, LLC (both wholly owned subsidiaries of Realogy Corporation). In his post as President and COO of CBC, Davidson was responsible for the overall success of this global commercial real estate franchise.  As COO of Coldwell Banker Real Estate, Davidson led this global franchisor’s education, events and awards, contract administration, and field servicing platforms.
Prior to his appointment by Realogy, Davidson founded and was the President and CEO of Coldwell Banker Commercial Capitol Realty Services. This was an independently owned and operated commercial real estate company in the Washington, D.C. market. Davidson’s prior commercial real estate experience included nine years as Managing Director of CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) in Washington, D.C., and three years with Insignia/ESG as Executive Vice President. During his tenure with CBRE, Davidson received numerous national awards, including Manager of the Year in 1994 and 1996, and both the J. Frank Mahoney and James Didion Chairman’s Leadership Awards for Real Estate Excellence in 1997, 1998, and 2000.
Davidson currently serves as Chairman, International Board of Directors for Easter Seals, Inc. He is actively a Big Brother with Big Brothers/Big Sisters, and also serves as a Base Committee Member of the Boy Scouts of America Northern Tier High Adventure Base. 
Davidson is an honors graduate of the College of Management and Business at National-Louis University.

Greg Sexton

Chief Operating Officer

Greg Sexton was named Chief Operating Officer for CENTURY 21® Real Estate, LLC in January 2013.

Sexton, formerly held the post of SVP, CENTURY 21 Field Services, a role he assumed in 2010. As COO, he leads field services, strategic development and measurement, international operations, and System learning.

Sexton has spent over a decade with CENTURY 21 Real Estate's parent company, Realogy Corporation. Earlier in his career, he served in a number of roles for Realogy Corporation (formerly Cendant Corporation), including Franchise Sales Director and Regional Vice President, where he was responsible for the sale of real estate franchises, and supported the growth of existing franchisees through the merger and acquisition of unaffiliated real estate companies.

Sexton received numerous awards in his leadership roles at Realogy, including The Chairman's Award for Franchise Sales in 2001 and 2002, and Regional Vice President of the Year in 2001, 2002, and 2003. He is a graduate of Lipscomb University.


Carter Murdoch, PhD

Carter Murdoch joined CENTURY 21® after a successful 11+ year career at Bank of America.  He last served as SVP of Business Operations in the Loss Mitigation Department where he oversaw loan modification workflow, default forecasting, project management, and process improvement for the bank's distressed customer portfolio.  While in Default Servicing with the bank, Murdoch also oversaw Short Sale Deed in Lieu reporting/analytics, National Mortgage Outreach reporting/analytics/strategy, and the strategy/reporting for the bank's advocacy relationships.  In addition to his Default Servicing tenure, Murdoch managed the bank's long term relationship with RE/MAX International, and the bank's mortgage alliance strategy/marketing/RESPA justification processes.  During this period of time, Murdoch became acutely familiar with almost every business model in the real estate industry as Bank of America partnered with more than 1,500 real estate companies in the U.S. resulting in more than $3.4B in annual mortgage originations.  The bank’s mortgage affiliation call to action was built around the “Real Estate Center” which leveraged the bank’s 50 million customers to drive referral-free leads to their Preferred Broker Network.  
Prior to joining Bank of America, Murdoch was Managing Director and Principal Economist at the National Association of REALTORS® in Washington, D.C.   Murdoch drove all survey work at NAR including, but not limited to, the Home Buyer Profiles, Home Seller Profiles, Second Home Profiles, technology surveys, and industry utilization surveys.  In addition to overseeing the survey portion of the Research Division, Murdoch was tasked with building products and services for real estate brokerages.  During his tenure, Murdoch drove the development of new products for MLSs, trade associations, brokers/owners, and agents resulting in more than 350% revenue growth.  Murdoch has a profound understanding of proficiency enhancing products and services for the industry that was garnered from a 15+ year career as a REALTOR.
He completed his PhD in Economics (specialization in Real Estate Economics) from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business, an M.A. in Administration from Villanova University, and a B.A. in Economics from Syracuse University. He presently lives in Gladwyne, PA with his wife of 29 years, Beth Ann, and his 130 pound Bernesse Mountain Dog.  Murdoch is in process of relocating to CENTURY 21 Corporate Headquarters in Madison, NJ. His son, CJ, lives in New York City, and works at JP Morgan.
