Richard W. Davidson, SIOR, RPA

President and Chief Executive Officer

Century 21 Real Estate LLC

Rick Davidson was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Century 21 Real Estate LLC a wholly owned subsidiary of Realogy Corporation (NYSE: RLGY) in February 2010. In his role, Davidson leads the world’s largest real estate franchise organization of approximately 6,900 independently owned and operated offices and more than 101,000 independent sales professionals in 78 countries and territories worldwide. 
 
In 2013-2016 Davidson was recognized in the Swanepoel Power 200 list of the most powerful people in residential real estate, and in 2011- 2013 he was included in The Inman 100 Most Influential Real Estate Leaders. Plus, in 2015, Davidson was honored by the International Franchising Association with the IFA Ronald E. Harrison Diversity Award.
 
Prior to his current post, Davidson served in a dual capacity as President and Chief Operating Officer of Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliates (CBC) and as Chief Operating Officer of Coldwell Banker Real Estate, LLC (both wholly owned subsidiaries of Realogy Corporation). In his post as President and COO of CBC, Davidson was responsible for the overall success of this global commercial real estate franchise. As COO of Coldwell Banker Real Estate, Davidson led this global franchisor’s education, events and awards, contract administration, and field servicing platforms. 
 
Prior to his appointment by Realogy, Davidson founded and was the President and CEO of Coldwell Banker Commercial Capitol Realty Services. This was an independently owned and operated commercial real estate company in the Washington, DC market. Davidson’s prior commercial real estate experience included nine years as Managing Director of CB Richard Ellis in Washington, DC and three years with Insignia/ESG as Executive Vice President. During his tenure with CBRE, Davidson received numerous national awards including Manager of the Year in 1994 and 1996, and both the J. Frank Mahoney and James Didion Chairman’s Leadership Awards for Real Estate Excellence in 1997, 1998 and 2000. 
 
Davidson currently serves as Chairman, International Board of Directors for Easter Seals, Inc. He is actively a Big Brother with Big Brothers/Big Sisters and also serves as a Base Committee Member of the Boy Scouts of America Northern Tier High Adventure Base. 
 
Davidson is an honors graduate of the College of Management and Business at National-Louis University.
 

Greg Sexton

Chief Operating Officer

Greg Sexton was named Chief Operating Officer for CENTURY 21® Real Estate, LLC in January 2013.

Sexton, formerly held the post of SVP, CENTURY 21 Field Services, a role he assumed in 2010. As COO, he leads field services, strategic development and measurement, international operations, and System learning.

Sexton has spent over a decade with CENTURY 21 Real Estate's parent company, Realogy Corporation. Earlier in his career, he served in a number of roles for Realogy Corporation (formerly Cendant Corporation), including Franchise Sales Director and Regional Vice President, where he was responsible for the sale of real estate franchises, and supported the growth of existing franchisees through the merger and acquisition of unaffiliated real estate companies.

Sexton received numerous awards in his leadership roles at Realogy, including The Chairman's Award for Franchise Sales in 2001 and 2002, and Regional Vice President of the Year in 2001, 2002, and 2003. He is a graduate of Lipscomb University.

Cara Whitley

Chief Marketing Officer

Cara Whitley was named global chief marketing officer of Century 21 Real Estate LLC on September 21, 2015. In her role, Whitley leads the marketing, advertising and digital media efforts for the world’s largest real estate franchise organization of approximately 6,900 independently owned and operated offices and more than 100,000 sales professionals in 78 countries and territories worldwide. Whitley, a 20-year veteran of loyalty marketing, business development, strategy and change management, will report directly to Rick Davidson, president and chief executive officer.
 
Whitley comes to the brand with extensive experience in leading marketing teams in a global and multi-cultural environment. She is a highly-accomplished marketing executive with an extensive background in:
 
Consumer-based marketing
Franchise systems and marketing funds
Digital and social media platforms
Advertising and promotions
Brand management
Customer relationship management
Partnership development, training, and analytical modelling and,
Market segmentation strategy.
 
Whitley joins CENTURY 21 after serving as chief marketing officer of Squaw Valley Ski Holdings/KSL Capital Partners in Lake Tahoe (CA), a position she held since October 2013. While there, Whitley led the integration of two brands to form a unified value proposition including their digital strategy and brand promise. 
 
Previously, she served as a vice president for some of the world’s largest multinational corporations including American Express, Epsilon and Hilton Hotels Corporation.   As Vice President, Business Development and Strategy, Global Loyalty for American Express, Cara was a key member of the strategic team behind the Plenti program, a marketing platform designed to transform the U.S. loyalty landscape in conjunction with key strategic partners. 
 
For Hilton Hotels Corporation, Whitley served as Vice President, Customer Loyalty, Global Partnerships and International Marketing where she influenced decisions on distribution, third party relationships, their loyalty program, and corporate strategies. She served on the International Operations Committee and played an integral role in the development of new markets and customer acquisition.  Additionally, she was responsible for developing the marketing strategy for all regions (international and outbound US).
 
Whitley earned her B.S. degree in Communications from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. She is an avid skier, runner and hiker, and enjoys cooking, golf and yoga.
