My brother-in-law has known Clarence for a very long time and when we needed an agent Clarence was the only agent my brother-in-law said to go with and we made the perfect choice with using him. Clarence was very honest, truthful, personable, easy to understand and knew exactly what I had to do as a trustee for the property that we had to sell. We had two perspective buyers and let Clarence decide which one we should go with and a day later he called me and said his gut feeling was to go with the other buyers who were prequalified and their loan was an FHA and not a VA. He made the loan process seem pretty easy going. His assistant, Suzette, was so knowledgable about all aspects of getting the house sold. She played a very prominent role in helping Clarence keep me up to date on everything. His performance was excellent. Clarence's assistant, Suzette, is just as excellent in her job performance as Clarence was was. Kept me up to date every step of the way. It was a thrill to work with this Clarence/Suzette team.
