FAQs

What Does it Take to Become a CENTURY 21® Franchisee?

Owning a CENTURY 21 franchise takes a strong personal commitment to the business and active involvement in its operation. Our franchise selection process is thorough, and the length of time it takes to own a franchise varies from business to business. It is in our mutual best interest to ensure that this step is based on a thorough, informed business decision. Our franchisees also share a few important personal qualities: a commitment to excellence, the desire to be the best, and a passion for the real estate industry.

What Type of Investment Will I be Required to Make?

As a CENTURY 21 Franchisee, you are required to pay an initial franchise fee of $25,000 for your first Office and $10,000 for each additional Office, and there are monthly fees related to production volume. Contact us for a specific review and analysis of the costs you can expect when purchasing a CENTURY 21 franchise.
