I know how at some Century 21 locations they give training. I was wondering how that works, and where they hold this.

Hi Marilyn, Are you thinking about becoming an agent? CENTURY 21 offers many different opportunities for learning. As they say "Each Office is independently owned and operated" and may have additional leaning opportunities. Offices offer the FAST TRACK LEARNING which covers most everything a new agent may require. They may go over listing agreements, contracts, prospecting, guidelines, and on. Additionally, The CENTURY 21 system offers on-line classes that are always available for technology, prospecting, etc.

My office in Coventry, RI offers pre-license classes. It's usually 2 nights a week, for about 10 weeks. They go over everything you need to pass the real estate exam. They also offer training classes for when you are licensed for new agents. I would highly recommend calling your local CENTURY 21 office and see what they offer.
