In 1976 CENTURY 21 AMERICA began as CENTURY 21 WESTLAKE VILLAGE, a new franchise in a new system. Nineteen eighty-three brought a change of ownership with Rick Quinn's purchase of the office. By 1987, Rick had guided the office to a system wide #4 ranking. His leadership brought many new and creative ideas to help make the sale or purchase of a home a smooth and rewarding experience for our customers.
In the 1980's advertising was the key to the successful marketing of homes. CENTURY 21 AMERICA made a commitment to finding aggressive, creative ways to advertise our inventory and became very successful. As the 1980's came to a close, the new emphasis was on computerization, but as usual, because of Rick's vision, the office was already totally automated. Now in 2001, information is the driving force. Once again CENTURY 21 AMERICA is on the cutting edge of the information explosion.
During all of this change, the office has continued to excel, placing in the top 20 in the nation almost every year since 1987. While production is important, it is the quality of the service we provide that makes our office unique.
