(April 9, 2012) — Century 21 Real Estate LLC, the franchisor of the world’s largest residential real estate sales organization, today announced it has received nationwide recognition for its training programs with three AVA Awards this year and its ninth placement in Training Magazine’s Top 125 ranking during the past 11 years, the most by any real estate franchise brand.
An international competition that recognizes outstanding work by creative professionals involved in the concept, direction, design and production of media that is part of the evolution of digital communication, the AVA Awards honored CENTURY 21 Real Estate with one platinum and two gold awards for its Social Media How-To Video Series. Designed to instruct brokers and agents on how to utilize the latest social media tools to enhance their marketing and ultimately increase their business. The Social Media How-To Video Series was awarded Gold in the Video Production/Demo Reel and Video Production/Instructional categories while it earned the Platinum Award in the Video Production/Training category.

Only 14% of entries are so honored. The AVA Gold Award is presented to companies and individuals who exceed the high standards of the industry norm.
