Century 21 Real Estate LLC announced today that the world's largest residential real estate sales organization welcomed 40 new independently owned and operated brokerage offices to its franchise network in the United States during the first three months of 2007. In all, 18 new companies joined the CENTURY 21® franchise network through March 31.

Vicki Hollingsworth, broker/owner of CENTURY 21 Beachside Real Estate, joined the CENTURY 21 System in February 2007 excited about the brand's award-winning training platform and industry-leading brand recognition. Hollingsworth was also looking for ideas on how to expand her growing two-office company into other markets in the greater Charleston area.

Internationally, during the first quarter of 2007, Century 21 Real Estate LLC signed a master franchise agreement to open CENTURY 21® franchises in the Baltic States encompassing Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania under the CENTURY 21 Baltics name. The agreement represents a further expansion into Eastern Europe for the brand. In 2006, Century 21 Real Estate LLC established a master franchise agreement in Romania to create CENTURY 21 Romania and opened its first offices affiliated with CENTURY 21 Bulgaria.
