ELYRIA, Ohio (May 8, 2017) – Ohio Family Realty, an independently owned and operated real estate brokerage company in Elyria, announced today that it has joined the CENTURY 21® Franchise System and will now do business as CENTURY 21 DeAnna Realty. The company will continue to provide full-service real estate services to buyers and sellers throughout Greater Cleveland, and it will now benefit from the world-class marketing, agent learning and educational resources, and technology and productivity tools provided through its affiliation with the iconic CENTURY 21 brand.

“CENTURY 21 DeAnna Realty is an excellent example of the success that is possible when you put customer service first,” said Greg Sexton, Chief Operating Officer, Century 21 Real Estate LLC. “We are thrilled to welcome Mike DeAnna and his team to the CENTURY 21 System, and we look forward to helping them continue to grow their business.”

Broker/owner Mike DeAnna brings 23 years of real estate experience to the table, along with his affiliated sales associates. Nearly a decade after joining the industry to sell new construction homes in 1994, DeAnna founded the company in 2002 and it has since remained a family business. In fact, DeAnna works alongside his son and daughter, and the other sales associates have become like family. Ohio Family Realty has served more than 1,000 customers and is well-known in the community for not only its impeccable customer service, but also for its philanthropic efforts in the local community. The company has planted more than 1,000 trees on behalf of its clients and is also actively involved in supporting the local wrestling community.

“We couldn’t be more excited about joining Century 21 Real Estate, one of the most recognized real estate brands in the world,” said DeAnna. “We knew that the best way to grow our business was to partner with a global brand, but it was important that brand retain the human and personal connection that’s at the core of our company. Partnering with the CENTURY 21 brand has given us just that – we now have access to the tools, technology and brand recognition that we need, while also retaining our family and community feel.”
