MADISON, N.J. (June 8, 2017) -- Century 21 Real Estate LLC, franchisor of the iconic CENTURY 21® brand, announced today that CENTURY 21 Everest- Troop Real Estate of Midvale, Utah, and Simi Valley, California, and CENTURY 21 Affiliated of Madison, Wisconsin, have been honored with the 2017
CENTURY 21® 2100 Club Award for System-best transaction growth earned in 2016.

Greg Sexton, chief operating officer, Cara Whitley, chief marketing officer and Michael Miedler, senior vice president, franchise sales of CENTURY 21 Real Estate, presented the awards to George Morris and John Ciet of CENTURY 21 Everest-Troop Real Estate, and Dan Kruse and Tom Bretz of CENTURY 21 Affiliated. Morris, Ciet, Kruse, Bretz, and about 100 of their peers attended the 2100 Club event, an exclusive business meeting and retreat for top brokers within the C21® System nationally held at The Ritz Carlton Half Moon Bay in Northern California from June 4-7.

“The leadership, culture and growth-oriented environments these industry giants deliver to their affiliated agents and to the communities and residents they serve is second to none, and helps differentiate them from the competition,” said Sexton. “George, John, Dan, and Tom epitomize the best attributes of broker/owners in the CENTURY 21 System. They are fully committed to helping their affiliated sales professionals grow their businesses and exceed the expectations of home buyers and sellers.”

At the 2100 Club event, John Peyton, president and chief executive officer of the Realogy Franchise Group, parent company of Century 21 Real Estate, moderated a panel of top brokers. The panel explored recruitment and retention strategies, offered proven methods for enhancing agents’ per-person-productivity, and discussed how technologies, like Zap®, are helping agents to land more leads and win additional business. Panelists included:

·         Dylan DeBruin, CENTURY 21 Signature Real Estate, Urbandale, Iowa

·         Dan Jacuzzi, CENTURY 21 Select Real Estate, Inc., Yuba City, California

·         Tracey Hutton, CENTURY 21 Scheetz, Carmel, Indiana

In keeping with the C21® brand’s philanthropic value proposition and dedication to the local communities in which its System members live and work, 2100 Club attendees also raised thousands of dollars for Easterseals via a raffle for a specially commissioned CENTURY 21 surfboard and presented a second surfboard featuring a local artist’s rendering of the many features of living and working in the Bay Area to Darrell C. Byers, vice president of development with Easterseals Bay Area.

&ldquo ;Our partnership with Easterseals is an integral part of our culture at
Century 21 Real Estate,” explained Sexton. “Through the years, our System members have raised in excess of $117 million to support this amazing organization in its efforts to break down barriers, dispel stereotypes, overcome obstacles, and challenge attitudes and perceptions about people with disabilities and their potential to live life to its fullest.”
