PARSIPPANY, N.J., (October 15, 2008) —

Century 21 Real Estate LLC, the franchisor of the world's largest residential real estate sales organization, was recently honored with a WebAward for the newly re-launched century21.com ‘a direct reflection of the company’s digital focus and commitment toward upgrading the customer online experience.

"The CENTURY 21® System is committed to enhancing the online user experience for our customers, said Bev Thorne, chief marketing officer of Century 21 Real Estate LLC. "Achieving this recognition clearly demonstrates that all of the hard work and energy that we put into our online marketing is generating positive results."

The century21.com Web site was re-launched this past summer with a re-designed look and an array of distinctive, streamlined navigation features such as intuitive search options and an advanced map tool, transforming the way consumers search for properties. The enhanced functionality was developed to allow the user superior interactivity, speed and usability. Additionally, the site delivers an improved career recruitment section for job seekers, agents and brokers.

CENTURY 21® continues to enhance its online presence with its innovative technology offerings. In addition to its interactive platform, the real estate brand has also expanded its social networking presence with a YouTube channel that gives its agents the ability to post personalized videos of their listings.

"Marketing through viral media channels and social networks is increasingly important," said Thorne. "We continue to explore new media in our efforts to reach consumers wherever they are consuming news and information."

WebAwards, presented by the Web Marketing Association, honors the best Web sites in 96 industries, setting the standard of excellence for all Web site development. The entries were judged on design, copy, writing, innovation, content, interactivity, navigation and use of technology.
