What we love about the Crossville area...
Our beautiful home is located atop the beautiful Cumberland Plateau on Interstate 40, only a short drive to three metropolitan cities (Nashville, Knoxville and Chattanooga). We absolutely love it here. The only thing we love more is time with our grandkids.
Our 2,000 ft. elevation offers a mild, four season climate year round. Our rural area offers an abundance of outdoor possibilities with mountainous wildlife reserves, lakes, streams and Cumberland Mountain State Park.
We are known as the Golf Capital of Tennessee with nine pristine courses in our community; two within just a few miles....the rest about a half an hour away. One of the nearby ones is Bear Trace, which is a Jack Nicklaus designed course. Another draw is the Cumberland County Playhouse, our hometown theater that offers off-Broadway style performances. It draws folks near and far and is only about 3 miles from our home.
Our neighborhood is a very small, serene, out-of-the-way subdivision, only 10 minutes from town, with approximately 20 homes. The smallest lot is almost 3 acres.
