No legal access. Title NOT insurable. Flood Maps shown on county website are in error. The land is more than 50% wetlands and in the flood zone. Wetlands Maps shown are not correct. This land clearly has wetlands with standing water at time of being placed on the market. I am just guessing about the acreage that is dry but maybe about 3 acres +/- in the far NE quadrant has a storybook setting with huge virgin pines, hickory trees, sweet gum, some oaks with palmetto understory, heavy leaf structure/straw floor and good elevation (maybe an additional 2 acres is dry) clear field that might border on a little creek on the north boundary. The land is 400 ft wide and 1/4 mile deep. The only way to get to the land is by trespassing which every land owner has done for over 20 years. When its wet weather you will need to build a raised wooden dock to get to the dry land from the Rail Road side of the land. This parcel would be great for camping, hunting, getting away, four wheeling and if timber could be harvested a great return on money but I don't know how you would get timber trucks in and out. Being sold "AS IS". Must be cash. You cannot borrow money on land that is land locked. You cannot title insure land that has no legal access. The Aucilla River is 400 feet to the west side of this land. A heavy deer populated area. Natural wildlife corridor. Also alligators, hogs, bear, coyote, fox plus other wildlife.
