Quail Creek Ranch is located in Grant County New Mexico in the beautiful mountains east of the Mimbres River. The surrounding area is little changed from the early years of the Old West. This location is sought after for its mild, four-season climate. The elevation of the ranch varies between 5,973 and 6,600 feet. Vegetation consists of native grasses including side oats grama, and blue grama as major species. Canyons and hillsides are lined with mature pinon, juniper and oak. This ranch has the potential for many different uses including agricultural, equestrian, and/or hunting. It may also make a great investment property, as it has been surveyed into several parcels. The Headquarters features a ranch style home that is approximately 2000 Square feet and has 3 bedrooms and 2 remodeled bathrooms (Jacuzzi Tub, Italian tile).
