Alison did a great job selling our house. 1 day after signing the agreement she had a couple come see the house who eventually ended up buying it. After the first offer seemed like it was not going to go through, Allison lined up several more walk throughs with other clients with several other offers made. Eventually the original offer was finalized and we sold our house within 2 weeks. whirlwind of a time, but Allison was there to support our decisions each time...

Allison was wonderful during this whole process. We were selling a home that had been in our family for three generations and Allison was key in making sure our home found a great new owner. She was kind. patient and understanding. Allison is one of the most honest and hardworking real estate agents I know. She goes above and beyond for her clients. Alison has a stellar reputation for addressing the needs of her clients.

When we began our house search we worked with a lender who recommended an agent to us. I had to constantly repeat what our criteria was to this person. He set up an automated search for us using all wrong criteria. He would only set up to look at house appointments on Sunday's with us because he didn't work Saturdays. (Which he didn't tell us until a week into working with him) We lived in queens and couldn't get out to long island to look at houses during the week due to work. The weekend was all we had and now he took half of that away from us.When we told him we needed someone for Saturday as well and decided to look with someone else, he sent a pretty rude email back to us. The next day, he still acted like we would continue looking at houses with him. (What agent doesn't work on Saturdays during the busiest housing season?) Once my brother put us in contact with Allison it was like night and day. We spoke about what we wanted and she set up a ton of houses for us to see on both Saturday AND Sunday. She knew the area like the back of her hand. She knew all the selling agents so it was really great to be able to look at houses and watch her interact with the agents as if they were old friends. She rooted for us and worked so hard to find us our home. After only 2 weeks of working with Allison, our offer was accepted on a home. Allison then started helping me figure out colors to paint the house! Even giving me suggestions and showing me color's she's used in her own home. I appreciated how personable and helpful she was not to mention very responsive. This is our first home and i really have no idea what i'm doing in terms of decorating haha. I really can't speak more highly of Allison. I was so stressed out working with the other agent at first. Working with Allison, relaxed my husband and I both because we knew we were in good hands finally. Someone who KNEW what she was doing and knew the area so well and exactly what we wanted. She wouldn't just show us houses to make a sale. She showed us houses she knew we wanted and would potentially be interested in,. I am grateful for that. I would recommend Allison to literally every one i know,. I almost feel like she became a part of our family since she knew and remembered my brother back when she helped him find a house over 10 years ago. Thank you for everything, Allison!
