Amabel Babao Neely
Amabel was born and raised in Chicago. She received a Bachelor's of Science in Commerce with a focus in Marketing. Her past work experience includes customer service, coordinating marketing campaigns, training and implementing team sales strategies in various management positions. In 2004 she moved to Memphis, TN to help open a marketing company. During her stay she met her husband. They made the decision to plant roots back in Chicago where she grew up. They are now raising their son in Sauganash Park area. She has brought her past management and face to face customer service experience to the Real Estate industry since 2010. During this time the economy and the real estate market was ever changing. It was a scary time when it was "normal" to hear people were losing jobs and their homes everyday in the news. She made it a goal to understand the principles and practices during this challenging market. The majority of the market was flooded with foreclosures and short sales. This was a new environment to work in for all agents across the board. Some agents did not evolve with the new market causing there to be fewer and fewer Realtors. Amabel was eager and hungry to attack the hurdles. She knew if she could be successful in such an uncertain and volatile market she could be successful in any market. As the market continues to recover Amabel has managed to create a flourishing business as a Chicagoland REALTOR® by surrounding herself with mentors breaking industry standards, experienced real estate attorneys, mortgage lenders that are up to date with new policies and procedures, thorough inspectors and other resources important to make the intricate process of buying or selling seamless. She plans to continue to be available to clients and their friends and family as their Real Estate resource not just in Chicago but also globally.
