Amy Stanley knew every aspect of our home sale from planning through contract negotiations and final closing. She provided excellent guidance pertaining to negotiations, specifically when to complete an inspection requirement which improved our chances of getting what we wanted. She suggested we wait a certain amount of days before sending certain documents over instead of sending over immediately after we completed or signed a document. This gave us strong position during our negotiation as part of the tactics she uses often based on many prior sales. Due to the price of our home, our pool of buyers were very limited so our home sales price was constantly evaluated against current market timing and conditions to ensure we priced our home at the right level. Amy is very experience in this area for she constantly guided us; as to when to increase or lower our home sales prices. Using this tactic, we were able to sell our home for what we believe is a good price compared to other homes on the market. During open home events, she informed us a few days or a week prior based on buyer interests. She gave us ample time to prepare and leave the house as needed. We negotiated a very good commission rate with her and am very happy with her support. If I was to compare her against all other realtors we've worked with, Amy stands above all by far. We've sold and bought about 7 homes in the Northern Virginia area and Amy by far performed the best all around. I wished we would have known her earlier! Sincerely, James
