In an endless sea of Realtors, how do you choose the right one for you? Start by finding one who loves their job! I've been licensed since 2010 and I immediately knew this was what I was meant to be doing. I am a lifelong resident of the beautiful Catskill Mountain Region of New York State, and self-proclaimed house geek. Even as a child, I can remember looking out the window on long car rides and paying attention to the homes along the way, noticing the different lines, colors, and shapes of each one. From fixer-uppers to grand estates, each house has a story and unique personality, and I love to showcase that. Real Estate is very much a numbers game, but because I am so passionate about my job, my main focus is on helping my clients get what they need. The old saying is true, "find something you love to do and you'll never work a day in your life."
AS YOUR BUYER'S AGENT: I enjoy going along on the hunt with my buyers, and the satisfaction of handing them the keys to their new home at the closing table. As your agent we will be in this together and you will be treated with respect. I will guide you through the buying process, negotiate to get you the best deal possible and I will share your enthusiasm along the way. AS YOUR SELLER'S AGENT: I love to walk through a home for the first time, to get an understanding of what it has meant to someone, and then to portray that lifestyle to potential buyers. To me, selling is not simply taking pictures and putting a home online. A good agent will convey an idea of what life in that home has to offer, and I have a great success in doing so. I also understand that selling a home can be an emotional process, and I will always be sensitive to your needs. About Me: I have vowed to never take myself too seriously, but don't let that fool you. I am very focused on my job. I utilize social media, as well as many other online avenues to gain maximum exposure for my listings. I was featured in an episode of HGTV's Log Cabin Living. I believe that respect is a two-way street and the most important component in doing business. Before becoming a Realtor, I was a Dental Assistant, and almost went to Dental Hygiene school instead of getting my real estate license. I volunteer as a Girl Scout Leader. Religious Education Teacher, and a classroom helper at Greenville Elementary. Before becoming a Realtor, I had an irrational fear of basements that I had to overcome.
