Florida is my happy place!

Aurelia Nolin fell in love with Florida 20 years ago. She acquired her first house in 2003 on Anna Maria Island, then over the years, investing in real estate in Sarasota. In 2020, Aurelia created Open House Capital Corp, a company specializing in fix and flip, achieved her real estate agent licensure, and is an active member of the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Aurelia applies her extensive experience in property investment and acquisition to effectively represent real estate investors, sellers, and new or experienced buyers of residential properties. It is with passion Aurelia works diligently for her clients to find the right house, the rare pearl, the vision, and creativity to empower her clients to obtain the home of their dreams.

Aurelia also has an amazing background in Arts and loves interior design. She applies her talents at staging and teamwork with her clients sharing ideas to make a house sell!

Originally from Paris, Aurelia has lived and worked in Paris, London, and New York. She has a varied and rewarding professional background including a baccalaureate in Art, (Paris), and studied Performing Arts (London).

Aurelia started her career as an actress and theater director. She created and directed the International Institute of Performing Arts for 10 years in Paris - IIPA with great success. Aurelia later relocated to the United States and started a family. Passionate about well-being and ways to improve your health, she continued her studies and became a professor of the Alexander Technique, postural methods (ACAT, NYC).

Aurelia knows the Sarasota market along with all the beautiful venues, beaches, and lifestyles the area offers. For Aurelia, this is her most happy place, with its Arts and cultural scene, and amazing beaches, it is the perfect work and home life balance.
