Seller reviewAnother thing Bernie excels at, that is not in the Characteristics listed in the section about the agent, is that he has an equable temperament. Buying and selling a home is STRESSFUL, so it's so easy for agent's clients to feel everything from frustration to excitement. Bernie, being the seasoned real estate agent he is, kept us grounded. He's Excellent in all the categories that in the Agent section of the survey and then some. I wouldn't even think twice about recommending him to friends and family. He's a sure bet.
