Bill was wonderful! Always had a calming influence and had knowledgeable, well thought out solutions to issues that arose. At times acted as our contractor to get problems resolved thoroughly and efficiently. He certainly knows his business AND the area AND his clients. I'm very grateful he was referred to us and would highly recommend him to anyone selling/buying waterfront property.

Even though our property ran into some issues Bill kept the negotiations going, found resolutions to the issues and kept the prospective buyer interested clear to the closing. The sales money was in my bank account one day after signing the closing papers.

On surveys I don't usually give many "excellent" grades figuring as good as they were there's always room for improvement. Bill deserves every "excellent" given on this survey.

Bill's staff was always thorough, timely and efficient.

Bill Fanning was the best realtor I have ever worked with. His knowledge of the real estate market and laws in CDA and Kootenai Co. is unsurpassed. His help with obtaining surveys, septic permits, etc was so important as I live out-of-town. I am disappointed that the lot didn't sell sooner, but I do not think that had anything to do with Bill's services or marketing. At the end of the day, he walked me through the sales and closing process, and is now still helping me sell my dock. Huge asset to Century 21!

I can not say it often enough....we had no complaints in any area about Bill Fanning. Fantastic job!

Bill Fanning contacted my husband, John and I on the phone and suggested he come talk to us regarding a specific marketing plan he had for our home. We had selected Bill as our realtor about 3 years ago and were unsuccessful in selling our home. When he called in February, 2015.... our contract with another realtor/company had just expired and were impressed that Bill initiated contact with us by phone. We invited him to our house. After listening to his marketing scheme, we signed a contract with him that day. We have never been sorry that we did! He was fantastic and sold our house in a very short amount of time.
