I was born and raised here in Robertson County and a graduate of Springfield High School. I am a graduate of Austin Peay State University where I earned a degree in Accounting. After college I worked in the accounting field for 12 years before deciding to follow my passion of working in real estate. We had very specific things we were looking for in a home and due to the market at the time, we had to extend our zip code search and waffled between buying land and building or purchasing an existing home. Billy was very patient and worked diligently to assist us in finding the perfect match for us. He communicates in a timely manner and personally accompanied me on several outings to meet with a builder, research builder options, choose carpet, and match shutter color. The home we purchased required quite a bit of negotiations with repairs and appraisal issues. Billy took the time to go through every detail with us and make sure that we understood everything and that communications happened in a timely manner and we got to closing on the date planned without any delays. We are so very appreciative of Billy and will always use him as our realtor and recommend him to everyone we talk to!
