I love houses! Ever since I can remember, I've been involved in some way or another in real estate. Back in the late 70's I bought my first home. Fixed it up while I lived in it. A year later I sold it for a profit..and I was hooked! More recently I've designed the renovations on 16 homes and have been the Realtor on about 10 deals in just the last few months.As a Realtor I pay close attention to every aspect. Whether I'm working with a buyer or a seller, I make sure every detail is covered. I'm good at marketing, negotiating, pricing, and liaising with all the different parties involved in a transaction. Youwill never get lost in the shuffle. I also conduct Home Buyer's Workshops, aimed at the first-time home buyer. Need help finding a home, getting financing and even repairing credit? I can get you started on the right track.I was born in Los Angeles but I grew up in Boston. I have my BA in English and psychology from UMass, Boston and my master's in education and counseling from Northeastern University. I taught English at various Universities in the Persian Gulf for many years. And I have about 50 books to my credit. I also work with writers who want to learn how to get published.Specializations
