Buyer reviewBrance is a wonderful person throughout the process of buying my house. From the beginning of being referred to him, he has walk me through the process of getting a bank loan. Even when I switch banks and start to process over again. He was just great and didn't seem to mind at all. My process wasn't quick due to the holiday then waiting on my down payment. Brance answer all my questions and gave great advice about each house we seen. I speak very highly of him. Give him a raise lol Brance did a great job referring a home inspection company, They were quick and experienced in doing their job. He made sure to cover all base of each category list above. Even when it came to answer my questions about each one. He was wonderful and should be given a raise. Wink wink

Buyer reviewBrance took our calls and answered our text at all hours of the day or night. He was warm, and friendly - very easy to talk with. My husband and I were complete novices regarding buying a house, and Brance took the time to explain to us everything in detail - sometimes twice if we needed him to. I was not apprehensive about asking the silliest or tiniest question because he answered with a smile. He made our first time house buying experience great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to any of my friends or family.
