Brian has lived and worked in Kingman for many years so he was very helpful to us who were complete strangers to the Southwest. Houses in Washington usually are not covered in Stucco and we don't know what an evaporative cooler even is. Also, many of the plants and insect pests in Kingman were strange to us, as well. His knowledge of the area was simply in addition to his help in finding us the right home in an area we think we will be very happy in. We now consider Brian a trusted friend.
