On inspection of this purchase, many of the items that were to convey with the property had been removed, and Brian was very tactful and professional with the sellers agent, who was less than Professional. In the end we had a successful closing and I was thrilled with the overall handling of the entire process. I would h highly recommend the lovebirds to anyone. They are patient and kind and showed me many properties before I bought this one. I really appreciate their patience and lack of pressure in making this important decision.
