He kept a close eye on the market, notified me right away of new listings, and also always found time for us to go view the homes. He was always prepared to submit an offer and always had a plan on how to improve our chances of getting the home. My offer for my home was accepted on his suggested terms and I strongly feel I would have never gotten my home if it was not for his help.
