When my mother passed in 2020, Patty Espina gave the house an accurate cost basis for tax purposes. She was also considerate of our then renters and was never "high pressure " to sell the house. I kept in touch with her over the next year and one half, discussing the market as well as programs that might help my friends/tenants locate other housing. She was very aware of sales in the local market and worked very hard doing open houses as well as electronic marketing. One of her major strengths, besides always making prompt replies, is her ability to both listen to all parties and work effectively with varying personalities. She expresses positivity blended with pragmatism. She is detailed and ethical. She truly assisted making a difficult decision to sell both emotionally and financially much easier.
