When they closed early before confirming closing was complete due to escrow issues, Cathy worked through the evening with the sellers and their attorney to complete an agreement that ensured we were able to move in as planned until we received confirmation of closing the following week. She took care of everything in a stressful situation so that we could move into our dream home without delay! Thank you Cathy!

When our financing fell through at the 11th hour, she immediately put me in contact with a lender who went right to work and got my loan closed just one day later than the builder's date. She also negotiated with the builder to pay a huge part of closing that was really only offered if I went with their lender! She has a wealth of knowledge about the area and steered us in the right direction! She's wonderful! I'd work with Cathy again in a heartbeat!

Buyer reviewCathy handled us with amazing attention and genuine concern. She advised us of our safest bets when it comes to a large investment. She knows when to walk from a bad deal and how to lock you into an outstanding deal. We actually put offers on 3 and contracts on 2. The first contract property turned out to have a lot of hidden and undisclosed damage. She let us know the findings immediately after the inspection and advised us properly. After all that work she stayed positive and was ready to go look at more houses. She found us one in Goose Creek that is above and beyond and 30k under our budget!!! Take advantage of her knowledge and connections!! You're going to need them in this crazy market.
