Buyer reviewCesar Burgueno was wonderful to work with. I had the pleasure of working with him solely for 2 home searches. Even when the first home didn't come to fruition, couple years later I called him and no hard feelings, he was more than willing to work with me again. We saw a lot of properties and he was more than patient to see them with me and pointing out flaws or negotiating on my behalf without being a pushover. I couldn't ask for a better agent. Finally we bought a condo and Cesar was instrumental in negotiation, follow up, and setting up everything so we could close in 14 days. Hope to work with him again in the near future
