This was our first home purchase, Charles made the whole process incredibly smooth and effortless. Charles Damian was so helpful with the sale of our condo, we knew we had to use him again to help us find our forever home. Charles was extremely flexible at scheduling showings of houses that would work with our family's busy schedules. With each house we saw, we started to feel like we would never find a home we would like 100%, but Charles kept reminding my husband and I to not get discouraged, to keep looking, and that the right home would find us eventually.. When we went to go look at a potential house, we happened to stumble on another for sale sign on a house in the same neighborhood that I had never seen pop up on any of our searches. Charles convinced us to see it as we were already in the area and we thought, okay, why not!? . After a few minutes he had already reached out to that agent and coordinated a quick last minute showing of what ended up being the house of our dreams! It was his dedication and ability to take it a step further what made this all happen! I will forever be grateful for Charles and will continue to recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell/buy their next home.

Charles Damian went above and beyond when it came to selling our condo! He was extremely helpful and flexible when it came to scheduling multiple open houses and offering tips on how to properly stage our home for potential buyers. Our condo only needed a few showings and it was under contract within a month! We were so pleased with his work, we also used him for the purchase of our perfect home! WAS ONLY CONSIDERATION. Most transactions I wouldn't use a realtor but after meeting and dealing with Charles 4 yrs. ago it was a no - brainer. Charles went well beyond the duties of a realtor. He comforted my wife who was having a hard time dealing with the stress related to moving. Also followed thru with many of the items that the lawyers should have addressed but didn't. Couldn't be happier or more satisfied.
