Paid close attention to details when it came to the home inspection on the homes. Provided valuable knowledge of the market and home buying purchase programs. Gave feedback and informational resources . Was great at following up and asking questions to speed up my home buying prcoesss as it had to be escalating due to my time sensitive move. Chirs maintained a level of professionalism at all times. Was kind, respectful, patient and great with communication. Working with Mr. Lucas was an overall wonderful experience. He took the time to get to know me and understand the amount of hands on/off approach I desired from him and he kept in communication throughout the entire process. I even was able to leave the country on vacation for a couple of weeks right before closing while Christopher kept everything on track for a smooth closing as soon as I returned.
