Cindy worked professionally and tirelessly to handle all aspects of the sale of my property. She knew how to price it and how to get it sold quickly. She had a buyer who was looking at homes and Cindy knew my property was the right fit. The buyer made an immediate full price offer. Cindy knows how to get things done and how to deal with potential challenges during the escrow and closing process. She kept everything on track up through closing, funding, and recording. I am also very pleased with the performance of the Brokerage.
