Clay has over 25+ years as an Engineering Manager covering both North and South America. During this
time, he has formed businesses of his own and purchased investment properties. Clay holds vast
experience in construction, plumbing, and electrical, ultimately allowing him to design and build his own
home himself. He prides himself on his ability to share his knowledge with clients while also helping to
highlight any potential risks to avoid. His passion for real estate, skill set, and experience makes him a
great choice to help guide clients through any transaction with ease.
Clay is a licensed REALTOR and has acquired hundreds of hours of real estate training and in-field
experience. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Management from VTC and is an
active member of the community.
When he is not helping clients Clay can be found on the lake fishing, in the woods hiking, working on his
hobby farm, tinkering on all types of projects or just having fun with family and friends.
