He helped us sell our previous property a few months ago and we have been working with him ever since looking at numerous homes trying to find the perfect one. Craig was available at the drop of a hat and was never bothered by us being picky. He always answered questions truthfully and is very knowledgeable about homes and mortgages. He was also very helpful in keeping us organized with all the due dates and paperwork that go into the buying process. Craig truly made it less stressful. I could not recommend this agent more. It was all smooth thanks to Craig. We felt confident and organized from start to finish. He was great at knowing local comps of other homes too. He frequently shared comps of local houses with us, printing out information and taking the time to explain everything to us. He was honest and up front with thoughts on our house and worked really hard to get the deal and amount that we needed/wanted. Craig kept everything organized for us especially at the title closing. He followed up with calls and emails. He's taken us out looking for new homes countless times without hesitation. It's been a true easy process and pleasure.
