I'm a current member of the Columbus Multiple Listing Service, Licking County Board of REALTORS, Ohio Association of REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS.

Currently, I specialize in Repeat Buyers & Sellers, as well as First Time Home Buyers & Sellers. Making a purchase this large can be daunting, so it's my job to make it as smooth and carefree as possible! I also deal with selling and buying acreage; especially property for hunting! Ohio is known for our record breaking typical and non-typical white tail deer, so hunting land is in high demand!

She helped with every aspect of the negotiation, purchasing, being a great in-between person with us and the bank and at one point an ear to complain to! I work crazy long days and my husband works third shift; there were times we couldn't physically make it to deadlines and she would go out of her way to help me complete tasks such as helping me get money where it needed to go or meeting me with paperwork to sign so it would be easier for me! All around great agent! We look forward to having Dakotah sell our house for us in the future! We are so happy to have hired Dakotah to help us with this decision!!!
