Seller reviewDamien did a great job for me. He helped me get the appraisal on the property. Then he advertised the property and had at least two offers within three days. During the escrow, he advised me of what was going on and made sure I understood what was happening until the end of the escrow. His communication skills are the best and I would absolutely use his service again.
