Seller reviewThis was a horrible time for my family ...we just lost our parents within a year of each other. We had to sell their house and had no clue what we were doing and Dan helped us through it all ...he was available to me thru text all the time when I had questions I had one other realtor not call me back from another agency and one had a massive ethical problem..Dan was great ...I was starting to give up hope .

Buyer reviewDan was referred to me by my brother as his family's experience with him was great when they moved. In preparing to move from CO to MI, I needed someone I could trust and that could work with me on who would actually be attending any showings - as physically - I was in CO for all our interactions. Dan actually helped me more than any of the other professionals I worked with during this process. When we had a timing item or I had any questions that were not agency specific, he was quick to respond thoroughly so I had a better practical understanding my options and could move forward comfortably. He was also incredibly patient when I asked the same question more than once. I cannot rave enough. Dan made what could have been an incredibly stressful situation something I could handle. He kept in mind our time difference in all our interactions and provided me his opinion on areas and houses that was absolutely invaluable since I was not there physically. I will absolutely be referring him to anyone I know where I learn they are looking to buy or sell a house.
