It was wonderful to have someone to be able to lean on for advice and knowledge throughout the process. Specifically, Dan anticipated potential challenges working with our changeable work schedules. After we signed the sales contract, he made himself available around the clock to help facilitate working with contractor's to oversee required negotiated repairs. From start to finish, Dan gave my wife and I the feeling we were working with family.
