Seller reviewDanielle started working for us about a year ahead of placing our home on the market. Her knowledge in the field was impeccable, walked us through the process in a timely fashion. Danielle was very invested in us, making sure to talk us through each negotiation. She was always just a phone call or text away. Communication skills are top notch. We always knew we would ask her to sell our home once our new build was complete, and she made that happen. Thank you again Danielle for everything. One more to go!

This was the first time I have purchased land to build, and she made the process smooth and easy to understand! She was able to negotiate contracts that allowed me the freedom to make sure I could build my dream home on the property before I purchased the land. Given the pace of the current market, we would not have been able to compete had it not been for Danielle's willingness to drive all over two counties and show us house after house virtually!
