Wanda was excellent. She actually had a client family in mind, and the place fit them well. They made an offer for my price within three hours of it going on the market. Easy peasy for me, and probably for the other family too. Dave made the preparation sound manageable and let me put it off until I was truly convinced I wanted to sell.
