Debbie Thomas, Broker/Owner, was born raised in Boone County. Licensed in 1994 as a Real Estate Salesperson, Debbie is a leader in Columbia Real Estate. With 12+ years of experience it was only natural for her to seek out the opportunity to start her own firm. Debbie has taken her stellar credentials and coupled them with the world's leader in real estate, Century 21. A perfect match, and the perfect choice for all your real estate needs.Her husband Gary Thomas is a well-established local builder. Together they co-own Rosewood Custom Homes, a HBA Regency Award winner in 2000. Debbie has acquired the necessary knowledge in regard to new construction to assure her clients that their home is built well, and that design and function are correct. This experience has also given her expertise in interior design, building allowances and availability of products. All, of which make a huge difference in the value of a home.Debbie has owned & ridden horses all her life. She has shown three champion Saddle breeds and currently co-owns and operates a show barn, Showtime Stables where she teaches riding lessons to youth.
