Debi provided excellent service from the beginning i.e. signing of the contract through final closing of escrow. She was readily available to answer questions and the follow through was outstanding. Debi Seitz was amazing. From our first discussion, she was committed to meeting my objectives. She was very upfront about the pluses and minuses of the property and we worked together to decide where I would spend money to maximize selling price vs. time on market. She arranged contractors to take care of a few home inspection findings quickly, and basically made this entire process painless.

I was overseas when the house listed and the initial offers were received. Using e-mail and electronically signed documents, the offers were considered, negotiations held, and the house we in escrow 2 days after it listed while I was 6,500 miles away! She then took personal responsibility to help coordinate contractors to fix inspection findings, sent me the invoices electronically, and communicate resolution of all issues with the buyer quickly. Her attention to detail and constant communication were key factors to closing more than 2 weeks ahead of schedule.

I have bought and sold a number of houses. I honestly can't think of one thing that Debi could have done better. Two days before closing, a major storm hit the area... the next morning, she had already visited the property to inspect for damage... Debi took every possible measure to sell my property quickly and at a satisfactory price.

Debi always put us first - no matter how often we asked her to drive out to see just one place, or how often we went back and forth on offers or counter offers or even when we would decide to not move forward on a certain house after she had already put paperwork together. Every interaction we had she would say "it's only important if you love it".

This was a huge help and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.

While selling my home we had issues with the loan officer for my purchasers. He would not return calls or emails. Debi made it a priority to go into his office and answer the questions we needed answered. She went above and beyond her duties in my eyes and really made a difference. She advertised my home in every way that she could and it allowed my home to sell by the time I needed to move out of state. I would highly recommend Debi Seitz to anyone looking for a realtor.
