Meet Debbie Adametz..I am an unusually well rounded professional in the field of real estate. Real estate broker associate, mortgage broker, and part of a family owned construction / brick paver company. My in depth knowledge of home construction goes from the foundation to the trusses, from the pavers to the pool- and makes me highly qualified to help my clients feel comfortable in making their new home decision. Spring Valley, Rockland County, New York was my home to and where I first started in real estate with a Century 21 office in the early 1980's. Representing investors in finding both income producing property as well as single family homes. Besides being a contractor's daughter, I then became very active in my husband's construction company. We ran a very successful construction company specializing in Custom homes. We relocated to North Carolina just briefly to build new custom homes but the lure of tropical weather along with a big Italian family brought me to Florida.In Florida in addition to becoming a licensed real estate agent, and then broker of my own office, me and my husband founded a large interlocking brick paver company. While doing pavers at all the new construction both on the east side (Deerfield Beach, Boca Raton, Lighthouse Point, Ft. Lauderdale ) and on the west side (Coral Springs, Parkland, Weston etc). I then started concentrating my real estate career in Ft. Lauderdale along with a business partner specializing in new construction listings for several builders in the Broward area.
