I cannot recommend Debbie Curran highly enough. She was fantastic in every way. It took a while to find a property that checked all of the boxes, but she persevered and was always there for us. She has excellent communication skills and made connecting with the seller's agent, the HOA, and the Title Company effortless. She also followed up immediately if we had any questions. She's the best. I would recommend her highly to anyone looking for an outstanding agent.

Debbie came highly recommended by a friend of mine. Was told she was very attentive to client's needs among other things. I had met with another realtor and was not impressed even though very friendly. Because I had a very short timeframe in order to sell my home, I felt Debbie would be a much better choice. I was not wrong, she was very helpful the whole time from signup to closing. Debbie ranked a high 5 on all the above points. I was impressed by how accessible Debbie was either by text or call whenever I had a question. Excellent negotiations with several prospective buyers. I had never sold a home before and Debbie was very patient with me and very professional. Had great pictures taken of my home and posted on net for online advertising in timely manner. Yard sign professional and placed where everyone could see it. I had to leave my home before sales completion and Debbie kept me informed of each step until the sales was completed. Escrow took less than 30days. All necessary documentations were handled on line except one for final step in escrow which was handled by overnight FedX.

We were first time buyers and met Debbie Curran at an open house. She helped us through the buying process, patiently educating us along the way. Her local knowledge and experience in the process was apparent and helped us close our home in a smooth manner. Will highly recommend her to other first time buyers.

Even when the negotiations became prolonged and escrow took longer than expected because of the seller missing deadlines, Debbie stayed laser focused on getting the deal done in a way that was good for us... she was incredibly responsive, genuine, and displayed excellent judgment + wisdom from start to finish. She never rushed the process, and was super patient in getting our long list of repairs done by the buyer in a quality way -- especially important since we did the deal from > 300 miles away. Debbie brought us professionalism, follow through, and peace of mind.
