Relocating? Selling or buying a primary residence, vacation home or investment property? I understand the challenges and resources needed for a successful long-distance transaction. I have bought and sold condos and single-family homes, vacation properties and waterfront real estate. I've relocated cross-country twice, remodeled and decorated homes remotely and currently manage two vacation rental properties in other areas.

Previously Associate Director of Retail Operations at Verizon Wireless for the Western U.S., retired in 2016 after 28 years in wireless communications. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.

She is a consummate professional and fully invested in making sure you find the home that meets your requirements. We couldn't recommend her more if you're looking for a full service real estate agent. During the process of looking for a new home, she made sure she understood our needs and sifted through the contenders to make sure we were focused on viewing homes that met our requirements, and when the market shifted, or we changed what we were looking for, she adjusted what she provided to us. Demetria has a great esthetic and vision for what things could become and that was very much appreciated. She successfully negotiated the purchase in an extremely competitive multiple offer situation. During the offer and inspection period she was instrumental in helping us negotiate the process and find local professionals to make sure we made a good investment. Through it all, Demetria was professional, helpful, and a positive influence as we rode the roller coaster that is the home buying process. We couldn't have done it without her!

Buyer reviewWe met Deme at an Open House. My husband and I had just started looking in the area and we were not familiar with it. Deme took the time to explain the Beach towns and the area around St Petersburg. She told us her story and how happy she was living there. We were impressed with her knowledge of the area and how she recognized the type of neighborhood and house we were looking for in the short time that we were at the Open House. As we walked around the house, we both agreed that we wanted Deme to start looking for a house for us.
