She is straight-forward, provided great feedback, helped clearly explain all details and managed everything in a timely manner. In addition, she was extremely responsive to every one of my silly questions, no matter how small. We have another purchase (fall 2023) and an additional sale in 2024 and will partner with Denise on both transactions.
