Buyer reviewDerrick is a great person, who is also great at Real Estate. He has guided us through the purchase of our own home, and now has helped us acquire an apartment building. He set us up on the flexmls for homebuyers app with a few auto feeds for things we were looking for. He also followed up periodically to make sure we were getting the information we needed. Once we targeted the property, he was fast and specific in his approach, and executed cleanly and calmly. Closed in 7 days. You want Derrick on your team!
