I've lived in Santa Barbara County for over 30 years and currently reside in Lompoc. I love the community and am involved in everything from local fundraising and sponsorship for many local sports. Before getting started in Real Estate I was an affiliate for 10 years of the MLS for my husband's roofing company running that business as well as being a full-time veterinary technician off and on for 15 years. Being an affiliate of MLS and working alongside many brokers and agents I had felt pretty experienced in the field. This background allows me to understand the power of marketing and the importance of it as a tool in the home buying and selling process.

We ran into numerous issues during the purchase of our new home-as one would expect-but Elisabeth was there each time to reassure us and work with the lending and contracting companies to take the burden and stress off our plates. We found Elisabeth randomly while in town looking for homes, and from the first showing to the day we received our keys, she was working hard for our interests. I would absolutely recommend Elisabeth Braithwaite and Century 21 in Lompoc to friends, family, and anyone else looking for a reco, and I'm sure this won't be the only time we work together.

Seller reviewElisabeth took the time to make sure all of our needs were met with selling our house while we lived out of state. She always kept us informed on the status of selling the house. It was a difficult time while selling the house and she was right there for us. Everything was done wonderful. Being that we lived out of state while selling the house, Elisabeth made it easy to sign documents online and if i had any questions would be willing to help me thru any documents Being out of state, she was always available to answer any questions I might have. If I had to leave a message, she always returned my call in a timely manner.
