I first met Elyn at a condo open house. She saw I was interested in the place and she encouraged me to investigate possibly purchasing. I remember her saying "Put in an offer, why not?" The purchase of the condo was contingent on the sale of my house. Elyn worked dilligently on selling my house, in addition to the purchase this amazing condo. She always checked in with me seeing if I was on track with any repairs that needed to be done, giving me names of professionals in the community that could get the job done in the needed time line.
