Seller reviewEvonne was always accessable and prompt in returning calls. She is very knowledgable of the Kirksville area and understood the market well. The closing was easy and quick. Evonne previously worked with my brother who required a great deal of assistance with the process, and she went above and beyond in helping him, which is why I chose to work with Evonne.

After connecting with Evonne Baker at Century 21 Lifetime Reality, I knew my wife and I were in good hands. Having zero background knowledge of buying a home, Evonne took the time to inform and guide us through each step. Evonne provided us with non-bias and informative walkthroughs and printouts of each house. Meanwhile, she employed a zero-pressure sales attitude, which was important for my wife and I as we searched for our first home. After finding the perfect one, Evonne walked us through each step of the home buying process. From our residential sales contract to our closing date, Evonne was there to answer my questions and kept the ball rolling.
